Nick joined Quality Collision in August 2022 and has now become a co-owner. Working in the auto body industry for several years, he specializes in estimating, repairs and vehicle inspections for new and existing customers.

He works closely with all involved parties throughout the collision repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction once the work has been completed. He's our highly skilled shop manager and estimator for insurance claims and repair follow-through. Nick grew up in the Duluth area and went to Denfeld High School. He enjoys helping make vehicles look new again and the challenge of troubleshooting along the way.

He is meticulous at auto body management and customer service details. You’ll always get a gentle smile and calm demeanor when you work with Nick.

Megan Lazzaro

Co-Owner and Office Manager

Megan Lazzaro has been the office manager at Quality Collision since August 2022. She has now become a co-owner. Her Bachelor of Business Administration degree is from the University of MN, Duluth. She has a warm personality that gives her the edge as a cut-above to take care of customer inquiries, feedback and updates.

She ensures vehicle drop-off, updates and the pickup goes smoothly. Her friendly style makes the collision repair process enjoyable when you work with her. Megan loves business systems and finding ways to make customer experiences better. Megan grew up in the Duluth area and attended Denfeld High School.

During her senior year at Denfeld, she converted her Chevy Cavalier to a “Super-Cav” while she was the school’s Super-Fan Mascot. The car was painted and sponsored by Quality Collision, among other local businesses.

Marty Rudh

Estimator and Production Manager

Marty joined the Quality Collision customer service team after being hand-chosen by Dave in August 2016. His duties include customer service, estimates, insurance coordination, part ordering, and vehicle inspections. Customers receive information directly from Marty regarding updates on the status of their collision repairs. A thorough inspection of your vehicle is performed including panel alignment, compound in jambs, paint quality – color matching – texture, and washing and cleaning. He works with customers’ insurance carriers while informing them of the repairs required and gets the best parts and options available to repair vehicles.

He has years of industry experience. He started at Lake Superior College in auto body as a junior in high school, graduating from LSC in 2001. Additionally, he attended WyoTech for 15 months and took Collision/Refinishing, Applied Service Management, Hot Rod Custom Paint/Body, and Street Rod Chassis Fab courses. For 14 years, he worked in auto body detailing, repair, and service before joining Quality Collision.

Dustin Fawcett

Estimator

Joining the team at Quality Collision in April 2023, you'll see Dustin welcoming customers and creating estimates for collision repairs. His upbeat demeanor begins with his passion for helping people and genuinely making a difference in their day. The work atmosphere with Megan and Nick lends itself to always putting the customer first, a philosophy he upholds. Initially, he was referred to Quality Collision by a friend who had connections with the management there.

With such solid reviews, he knew the estimating position would be a great fit. His prior work history includes several years of Service Advisor experience at local auto repair shops, where he wrote repair estimates and worked with customers. Dustin grew up in the West Duluth area and is very involved in community activities, serving on the Board of Directors of the Valley Youth Center and planning fundraisers to raise dollars for youth programs at K-Teen.

He tops off his local profile with Stand-Up Comedian nights. Dustin enjoys feeling valued on the job and happy with the organization and flexibility at Quality Collision. He believes in the full circle effect, from happy employees to customers, then appreciation to ownership, all noticed by customers.
